Molecular Epidemiology of HPV Types prevalent in India and Identification of HPV-16 L1 & E6 Variants - Guwahati and Kolkata
This multicenter project aims to study the HPV classes and their L1 and E6 variants in histopathologically confirmed cervical cancer tissue samples from eastern and northeastern India. This project supports the development of a vaccine against high-grade HPV strains indigenous to India.

Ca Cx patients.
